BALLARD
Ballard is bordered by Salmon Bay and the Puget Sound as water is an important element of the community’s past, its present and the future.
Ballard was once the beautiful abode to those mill workers and fishermen. Most of them are of the Scandinavian descent. The community is now regarded as Seattle’s most hip neighborhoods. It enjoys an urban ambiance yet maintains its historic small – town feel. It offers its own distinctive shops, the tasty cuisines and its active nightlife that are all set together with the natural incomparable beauty of the Puget Sound and the Salmon Bay.
CAPITOL HILL
Capitol Hill offers an edgy style with a Bohemian flair. It is a funky community with cool apartments and imposing mansions. It offers a great view of its magnificent water and those massive mountains.
The Capitol Hill is a notable home of the gay community that enthusiastically embraces the great diversity. The community’s vivid enthusiasm is the exact result of their lively youthful residents, their flourishing arts together with their busy nightlife scenes.
COLUMBIA CITY
Columbia City is only a few minutes drive away from downtown Seattle area. The notable landmark of the community is worlds away. Last 1891, farming area and wooded hills were set up quickly as an option to the locals style of downtown living.
At present time, its imposing buildings are packed with all kinds of eclectic mix of retailers, the mouth watering dining establishments and a host of all kinds of entertainment options that are available for all guests.
FREMONT
Fremont is an offbeat community as the "Center of the Universe" as its title. It is located on Lake Washington Ship Canal's northern edge. Fremont is a neighborhood that has an eclectic, playful ambiance that is fond so fond of art and a great fun.
INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT - CHINATOWN
The International District – Chinatown is the center of the Pan Asian American communities. The International District is the only place in the country where Asians like Filipino, Chinese, Japanese and other Southeast Asians work and live together in peaceful harmony, side – by – side.
It also caters a sweet home for elderly Asians and provides agencies like social service in order to help those who need help. There are also those cute shops and stores that display those exquisite hard to find Asian stuffs. There is also a wide array of restaurants which offers tasty Asian cuisines in the area.
LAKEWOOD / SEWARD PARK / MT. BAKER
The locality of Mt. Baker is located at the north area of the Seward Park which was created last 1907 by Hunter Tract Improvement Company. It displays the most elegant homes of the state with an extensive swath of deep green that stretches long from the McClellan, which is the main street of the neighborhood, and then down to the very edge of stunning Lake Washington.
PIONEER SQUARE
The Pioneer Square is a varied spirited community that has beautifully lined trees in the streets. It is considered as the precious home of one of the biggest collections of the Romanesque and the Victorian architecture of the country. Their visitors continue to discover their lively district of Seattle’s finest neighborhood with its first – class art galleries, their charming chefs, their mega shopping areas and the lively night life.
QUEEN ANNE
Queen Anne is a lovely community that is just a walking distance from downtown Seattle. It is conveniently located north of the Seattle Center and south of Fremont crossing the picturesque Lake Washington Ship Canal. Queen Anne offers a grand experience of royalty in the area.
RAINIER BEACH / OTHELLO
Visiting the exotic Rainier Beach and the Othello neighborhoods of Seattle’s southeast side is a must see. It may feel like being there feels foreign since its zip code is 98118 and its locals speak about 60 languages and dialects but Rainier Beach and the Othello districts are a part of the country so you don’t need a passport or visa to be there.
SOUTH LAKE UNION
The South Lake Union is one of the state’s most refreshing, exciting and the fastest growing neighborhoods as it has the vigor like in an urban setting with unparallel beauty of a lakefront background. It provides a matchless ease and comfort of being very close to the busy downtown Seattle area and a welcoming mixed of a fresh elegance and a historic feeling on the area.
U DISTRICT
U District is also called as the University District. It is an eclectic blend of urban style shopping corner, unsurpassed historic homes with notable architecture; it also offers exciting pubs, theaters, cafes and restaurants.
